PROCEDURES
AND RATES OF PAYMENT
Meshing Consultancy Services is a specialized tutor agency certified
by the Chinese business bureau. We offer courteous service to
students, tutors, and staff of business companies. We provide
good teaching quality and at a reasonable price for not only
the best Chinese language tutor but also the best foreign language
tutor. It is not just a dream that you can develop you English
skills rapidly.
I.
Procedures for contracting a Chinese tutor (all subjects of
study) :

Our
client (the student) pays to us a consultation fee of
Renminbi 50 Yuan |
| 2. |
We introduce the student to our tutor (teacher) |
| 3. |
The
student and the tutor agree on the payment rate and the
time and place of teaching |
| 4. |
We
sign a contract with the student |
| 5. |
The
student pays the teaching fee to us on a monthly basis.
The fee is paid at least seven days before the monthly
class begins |
| 6. |
The teaching program begins with a probation period of
one week. During this period, if the student is not satisfied
with any aspect of the teaching program, he/she can terminate
the agreement. Our company will give back the fee paid
less the charge for the probation period |

II.
Procedures for contracting a foreign language tutor :

Our client (the student) pays to us a interview fee of
Renminbi 10 Yuan |
| 2. |
We introduce the student to our tutor (teacher) and arrange
for an interview |
| 3. |

The student & tutor negotiate the teaching program:
duration, the time and place of teaching |
| 4. |
We sign a contract with the student |
| 5. |
The student pays the teaching fee to us on a monthly basis.
The fee shall be paid at least seven days before the monthly
class begins |
