Medical examination / Health certificate guidance for China work permit

If you want to apply the China work permit or China residence permit in shanghai, then you need to do a medical examination and get your health certificate from "Shanghai International Travel Healthcare Center". How to book it online?

10th Jan 2024 - News from the "Shanghai International Travel Healthcare Center", The reservation of physical examinations for foreigner's will change from their website to the WeChat reservation platform since January 15th 2024. The original web version of the reservation platform will no longer be open for reservations since then. Please search for the WeChat public account "Shanghai International Travel Healthcare Center" (in Chinese is 上海国际旅行卫生保健中心) and click the "Online booking" button in the menu or use WeChat to scan the QR code below:

Step1: After you scan the above QR code, you will enter following wechat app, Please choose "Online booking" button and finish the verification. If you don't have wechat yet or you can not finish your account verification, you can also ask your friend or company HR to book it for you:

Step2: Choose the "Health Administration; Physical Verification for foreigners; overseas Chinese:

Step3: Choose the place where you would like to do your medical examinartion (1 in PuDong and 1 in PuXi):

Step4: Choose the medical examination date and time:

Step5: If you book it for yourself, you can choose "Myself", if your friend or company HR book it for you, they can choose "+Create Examiner" and add your information. Then submit and DONE:
