Chinese Business (F) Visa is issued to an alien who is invited to China for a visit, an investigation, a lecture, to do business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges, short-term advanced studies or internship for a period of no more than six months.

We have 2 different ways (Special services and Normal services) to help you get the F visa, Please check it carefully to see which way is suitable for you:

F1-F4 Services: 6 month continuous stay Multi-entry F visa - Special Services - Available Again!!

Document you need to prepare are:
1. Passport with valid chinese visa
2. 2 Passprot Photographs (size 4.5cm*3.5cm)
3. 1 business card of you (with your company or home address and contact details)
*** If you have X China student visa (residence permit), then you need to provide 1 more letter from your school to confirm you have already quit (with school official stamp) or your graduated certificate.

Processing Time:
2 working days
*For example, submit document in HK office on Monday before 11am, get the visa on Tuesday 6pm.
Submit document in HK office on Monday after 11am, get the visa on Wednesday 6pm.

Condition:
1. This visa was issued at Hong Kong, so you must go to our Hong Kong office to apply it.
2. This service is NOT available for US and France Nationality.
3. This service is NOT available for applicant who has overstay record during recently 6 month.

Procedure:

1. Bring copy of above document to VisaInChina shanghai office. Our company consultant will check your document and make sure it is qualified.
   *If you are not in shanghai, or you are not free to come, you can also send with scan copy by email.
2. If your document is ok, then pay 500RMB down payment. (bank T/T is also ok)
3. We will give you one “recommendation letter” with Hong Kong office address and contact person, in the meantime we will inform them to prepare your application in Hong Kong immediately.
4. You need to go to our Hong Kong office with above documents and our “recommendation letter” in 10 days to get the visa.
5. After you successfully get the visa, check everything is correct, and then pay the balance to our Hong Kong office.
6. Fly back and enjoy your stay.

F5-F7 Services: China F visa extension - Normal services - Available:

1. Passport with valid F visa issued from outside of China or Shanghai
2. 2 Passport Photographs (size 4.5cm*3.5cm)
3. Local Shanghai Registration Form Of Temporary Residence( up to date ) [ Sample ]
4. Copy of the shanghai company business license [ Sample ]
5. Copy of the shanghai company enterprise code license [ Sample ]
6. Shanghai company invitation letter to state you are the client of them- with official stamp [ Sample ]
7. Shanghai company assignment letter with official stamp to assign VisaInChina as a visa agent for your F visa extension [ Sample ] (Print out and stamp it directly, don't modify)

If the company Capital >= 30 million USD, you can apply the 6 month Multi-entry F visa
If the company Capital > 3 million RMB, you can apply the 3 month 2 entry F visa
If the company Capital <= 3 million RMB, you can apply the 1 month 0 entry F visa

Normal Service takes: 6 Working Days
Service Cost: 650RMB/person (service fee)+ government fee (pay according to government receipt)

When you come to Shanghai with a valid visa, you have to go to the local police station near your living space (if you are living in hotel, just go to the hotel reception, But don't forget to ask the hotel put their stamp on the form! ) to register your information in detail within 24 hrs.It's easy and free. Then you can get this Registration Form. If you don't know where is the correct police station you have to go, Please give us a call, we will help you to find it out for free. (As the policy of Shanghai immigration bureau, we strongly recommend you to register and get this form. and also for the foreigner who live in Shanghai, please notice when you leave China and come back or move to a new living place or change a new passport, you have to renew this form)
Tips: If you register yourself too late, maybe the police will charge you fine. Please notice as the regulation, the fine is from minimum 50RMB upto maximum 500RMB. You can negotiate about it to reach a lower amount.
