Note: There is a discount for reapplying for the same police clearance but with a new issue date within one year, please contact us for details if you are repeat customer.

Notice: Above service inclues the PCC survey, translation and notarization. The No Criminal Record we finally get for you will mention you (have or have no) criminal record in CHINA (not the city name, but whole China), it can be used for all other countries' visa or residence permit application, for example, for USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, etc.

Some of countries( for example, France, Italy, Belgium residence permit application) request that NCR to be legalized in the Chinese foreign affair center with (China Apostille) or by their Consulate in shanghai, it will cause extra timing and cost, please check the extra timing and cost in the above list no. 3 - Some questions need you answer [ Download and answer it ]

Procedure:

Step1: You send all above document (scan copy) by email to yangjie@visainchina.com
Step2: We will review your application first, if everything is ok, then we will request you to pay 50% down payment
Step3: We will submit your application to the government (including police check; Chinese government notarize; and foreign Consulate legalization etc.)
Step4: After the PCC is ready, we will send you a scan copy of the "Police /Penal Clearance" (with watermark)
Step5: After you checking everything is correct, You are request to wire the balance within 10 days by Western Union/ Bank Transfer/ Cash/Alipay or Wechat etc. (we keep right to repeal or discard the PCC if we cannot receive the payment on time, so please prepare the payment in advance)
Step6: After we receive the payment, we will use DHL to post the PCC to you.
