Singapore and China made agreement of "Fast Track" program

News from Singapore Ministry of foreign affairs and Ministry of Industry and Trade, Singapore and China has made an agreement to open the "fast track" program for both countries business person and government officer.

The "fast track" program will start from 8th Jun 2020, and if you are capable for that, you can start to apply the China visa.

The "fast track" program will available for Singapore citizen go to Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang or Guangdong.

Procedures (For Singaporean come to China):

Step1: Apply a new China business M visa
- Apply a new China visa (through the Chinese Embassy in Singapore) with "PU invitation letter" which granted by your China company inviter (how to apply the PU invitationletter, you can check VisaInChina's articles here>>>)

Before Leaving
- You need to pay by yourself to take a COVID-19 test
- You need to show "Safe Travel Pass", "COVID-19 negative certificate" to enter China

After arrival:
- After you arrive China, you need to do another COVID-19 test again (pay by yourself)
- You need to quarantine for 1-2 days to wait above COVID-19 test result
- If the result is negative, then you can start your business trip right away.
- If the result is positive, then you have to pay by yourself to get treatment in China.
- You need to download an App show your "Green Health Code" during traveling.

About your business trip:
- At the first 14 days, you have to follow your schedule (the one you submit to Chinese Embassy when you apply the visa) strictly, and you cannot take the public transportation during the first 14 days.
- If you need to travel to other province, you need to ask for approval in advance.
- Travel to other province only can be accepted after 14 days.
